Bu koşullar, Crownie uygulamasını ve misafir web sayfasını kullanan sizinle, uygulamayı geliştiren bireysel geliştirici (Türkiye) arasındadır. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. İletişim: hello@faapps.io

2. Hizmet nedir

Uygulama, bir doğum günü için soru–cevap quizi hazırlamanızı, quizi bir bağlantı üzerinden misafirlere göndermenizi ve sonuçları toplu olarak açmanızı sağlar. Misafirlerin hesap açması gerekmez; quizi tarayıcıdan çözerler.

3. Ücretsiz kullanım ve satın alma

Ücretsiz sürüm gerçek bir partidir: quiz hazırlanır, misafir bağlantısı üretilir ve arkadaşlarınız quizi çözer. Bilet paylaşma hakkını değil kapasiteyi satar — daha çok soru, daha çok görselli soru ve daha çok misafir.

Güncel fiyatlar uygulama içinde, App Store'un ülkenize göre belirlediği kademede gösterilir.

Bilet tüketilebilir (consumable) bir üründür ve abonelik değildir; tek seferliktir ve yalnızca satın alındığı partiye işler. Başka bir partiye aktarılamaz ve devredilemez. İkinci bir partiyi büyütmek isterseniz o parti için ayrıca bilet alınır.

Uygulamadaki “Geri Yükle” düğmesi biletinizi başka bir partiye taşımaz; ödeme alındığı hâlde tamamlanamamış bir satın almayı tamamlamak içindir.

Paket sınırları zamanla değişebilir. Bu değişiklik yalnızca sizin lehinize yapılır: satın alınmış bir partinin kapasitesi sonradan düşürülmez.

4. Ödeme ve iade

Tüm ödemeler Apple tarafından tahsil edilir. Kart bilgilerinizi görmeyiz ve saklamayız. Faturanız Apple tarafından düzenlenir.

İade talepleri de Apple üzerinden yürür: reportaproblem.apple.com. İadeye Apple karar verir; biz doğrudan iade yapamayız. Apple bir satın almayı iade ederse, ilgili partinin ücretli özellikleri kapatılabilir.

Satın aldığınız bilet anında ifa edilen dijital bir içeriktir. Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği m.15 uyarınca, onayınızla anında ifaya başlanan bu tür hizmetlerde cayma hakkı bulunmamaktadır. Tüketici mevzuatından doğan diğer haklarınız saklıdır.

5. Girilen içerik

5.1 Parti sahibinin girdiği içerik

Yazdığınız sorular, girdiğiniz isimler ve yüklediğiniz görseller size aittir. Onları yalnızca hizmeti çalıştırmak — yani quizinizi misafirlerinize göstermek — için kullanırız. Pazarlamada kullanmayız, başkasına vermeyiz.

5.2 Misafirin girdiği içerik

Quizi çözen kişi bir görünen ad, serbest metin cevaplar ve isteğe bağlı olarak bir selfie girer. Selfie zorunlu değildir ve atlanabilir; gönderilirse sonuçlar açıldığında partideki herkese görünür.

• Misafir, gönderdiği fotoğrafı sonuçlar açılmadan önce kaldırabilir.
• Parti sahibi, kendi partisindeki uygunsuz bir fotoğrafı sonuç ekranından kaldırabilir; kaldırılan fotoğrafın sahibinin cevapları ve sıralaması olduğu gibi kalır.
• Parti sahibi partiyi tümüyle silebilir; sildiğinde misafirlerin cevapları ve fotoğrafları da silinir.

👶 Çocuklar için veli sorumluluğu. Quiz bağlantısını bir çocuğa gönderiyorsanız ya da bir çocuğun adını veya fotoğrafını quize giriyorsanız, gerekli veli rızasını almak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Selfie adımının fotoğrafı partideki herkese göstereceğini bilerek gönderin.

5.3 Herkes için kurallar

Uygulamayı kullanırken:

• Yükleme hakkına sahip olmadığınız görselleri yüklemeyin.
• Başkalarının özel bilgilerini, onların rızası olmadan quiz sorusu yapmayın.
• Hakaret, taciz, nefret söylemi veya yasa dışı içerik girmeyin.
• Hizmeti aşırı yükleyecek veya güvenliğini kırmaya çalışacak şekilde kullanmayın.

Bu kurallara aykırı bir içerik bildirildiğinde ilgili partiyi uyarısız kaldırabiliriz. Girdiğiniz içerikten doğan hukuki sorumluluk size aittir.

🚩 Rahatsız edici bir quiz gördüyseniz bildirin. Quiz sayfasının altındaki "Bu quizi bildir" bağlantısı yeterli — hesap açmanız gerekmiyor. Uygulama içinden Ayarlar › İçerik bildir de aynı işi görüyor. Bildirimleri elden geçiriyor ve kurallara aykırı bulduğumuz partileri kaldırıyoruz.

6. Bağlantılar ve erişim

Misafir bağlantısı tahmin edilmesi zor rastgele bir kod içerir ama parola korumalı değildir. Bağlantıyı alenen paylaşırsanız quizi herkes çözebilir; bunun sonucundan siz sorumlusunuz.

7. Hizmetin sürekliliği ve sorumluluk

Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz çalışacağını veya hatasız olacağını taahhüt edemeyiz; bakım, sağlayıcı arızası veya bağlantı sorunları erişimi geçici olarak durdurabilir.

Verilerinizin yedeğini almanız tavsiye edilir; teknik bir aksaklık nedeniyle veri kaybı yaşanması ihtimalini tamamen ortadan kaldıramayız.

Kusurumuzdan doğan zararlarda sorumluluğumuz, ilgili parti için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Kasıt ve ağır kusur hâlleri ile tüketici mevzuatının emredici hükümleri saklıdır.

8. Apple hakkında

Bu sözleşme sizinle bizim aramızdadır; Apple taraf değildir. Uygulamanın kendisinden ve içeriğinden yalnızca biz sorumluyuz. Apple'ın uygulama için bakım ve destek sağlama yükümlülüğü yoktur; destek talepleriniz için bize yazın.

Uygulama geçerli bir garantiyi karşılamazsa Apple'a bildirebilirsiniz; Apple satın alma bedelini iade edebilir. Bunun ötesinde Apple'ın uygulamaya ilişkin hiçbir yükümlülüğü yoktur. Ürün sorumluluğu, mevzuata uygunluk ve fikri mülkiyet iddiaları dâhil tüm talepler bize yöneltilir. Apple ve bağlı şirketleri bu koşulların üçüncü kişi lehtarıdır ve koşulları size karşı uygulama hakkına sahiptir.

Uygulama size, sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple markalı cihazlarda kullanmanız için devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir lisansla sunulur; kullanım App Store Usage Rules kurallarına tabidir.

Uygulamayı kullanarak, ABD hükümetinin ambargo uyguladığı bir ülkede bulunmadığınızı ve yasaklı taraf listelerinde yer almadığınızı beyan edersiniz.

Bu koşullar ile Apple'ın Licensed Application End User License Agreement belgesindeki asgari şartlar çelişirse Apple'ın asgari şartları uygulanır.

9. Değişiklikler ve uygulanacak hukuk

Koşullar değişirse üstteki tarih güncellenir; önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmek yeni koşulları kabul etmek anlamına gelir.

Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir; tüketicilerin, bulundukları yerdeki tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurma hakkı saklıdır.

10. Yaş sınırı

Uygulama 13 yaşından küçükler için değildir ve onlardan bilerek veri toplamaz. 13–18 yaş arasındaysanız uygulamayı yalnızca velinizin izniyle kullanabilirsiniz. Bulunduğunuz ülkede çevrimiçi hizmetler için daha yüksek bir yaş eşiği varsa o eşik geçerlidir.

Yaşı doğrulayan bir kontrol uygulamıyoruz; bu beyan kullanıcıya aittir. Yanlışlıkla toplanmış bir veri fark ederseniz bize yazın, sileriz.

11. Sözleşmenin sona ermesi

Uygulamayı istediğiniz zaman silerek bu sözleşmeyi sonlandırabilirsiniz. Partilerinizi uygulama içinden tek tek silebilirsiniz; tüm verilerinizin silinmesini isterseniz bize yazın.

Bu koşullara ağır biçimde aykırı davranan bir kullanıcının erişimini askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Böyle bir durumda kullanılmamış bir bilet için ödediğiniz tutarı iade etmesi talebiyle Apple'a başvurabilirsiniz (bkz. 4. bölüm).

Sözleşme sona erdiğinde 5. bölümdeki içerik sorumluluğu, 7. bölümdeki sorumluluk sınırlaması ve 9. bölümdeki hukuk seçimi yürürlükte kalır.

1. Parties

These terms are between you, as a user of the Crownie app and its guest web page, and the independent developer (Türkiye) who develops it. By using the app you accept these terms. Contact: hello@faapps.io

2. What the service does

The app lets you build a birthday quiz, send it to guests as a link, and reveal the results together. Guests do not need an account; they take the quiz in a browser.

3. Free use and purchases

The free tier is a real party: you build a quiz, you get a guest link, and your friends answer it. A ticket does not buy the right to share — it buys capacity: more questions, more questions with images, and more guests.

Current prices are shown in the app, in the App Store price tier for your country.

A ticket is a consumable product, not a subscription. It is one-off and applies only to the party it was bought for. It cannot be transferred or reassigned. To grow a second party, a separate ticket is purchased for it.

The “Restore” button in the app does not move your ticket to another party; it completes a purchase that was charged but never finished.

Package limits may change over time. Any such change is made in your favour only: the capacity of a party you already paid for is never reduced.

4. Payment and refunds

All payments are collected by Apple. We never see or store your card details. Apple issues your receipt.

Refund requests also go through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides on refunds; we cannot issue one directly. If Apple refunds a purchase, the paid features of that party may be turned off.

The ticket is digital content supplied immediately. Under Turkish distance sales rules (Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15), there is no right of withdrawal for such services once performance has begun with your consent. Your other statutory consumer rights are reserved.

5. Content that is entered

5.1 Content entered by the party owner

The questions you write, the names you enter, and the images you upload are yours. We use them only to operate the service — that is, to show your quiz to your guests. We do not use them for marketing and do not give them to anyone else.

5.2 Content entered by guests

Someone answering the quiz enters a display name, free-text answers and optionally a selfie. The selfie is not required and can be skipped; if it is sent, it becomes visible to everyone in the party when results open.

• A guest can remove their own photo before results open.
• The party owner can remove an inappropriate photo from their own party's results screen; the answers and ranking of that person remain unchanged.
• The party owner can delete the whole party; doing so also deletes guests' answers and photos.

👶 Parental responsibility for children. If you send the quiz link to a child, or enter a child's name or photo into a quiz, obtaining the necessary parental consent is your responsibility. Send it knowing that the selfie step shows the photo to everyone in the party.

5.3 Rules for everyone

When using the app:

• Do not upload images you do not have the right to upload.
• Do not turn other people's private information into quiz questions without their consent.
• Do not enter insulting, harassing, hateful, or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to overload the service or break its security.

If content violating these rules is reported, we may remove the party without notice. You are legally responsible for the content you enter.

🚩 If you see a quiz that troubles you, report it. Use the "Report this quiz" link at the bottom of the quiz page — no account needed. Inside the app, Settings › Report content does the same. We review reports and remove parties that break these rules.

6. Links and access

The guest link contains a hard-to-guess random code but is not password protected. If you publish the link openly, anyone can take the quiz, and you are responsible for that outcome.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; maintenance, provider outages, or connectivity problems may temporarily interrupt access.

You are advised to keep your own copy of anything important; we cannot entirely rule out data loss caused by a technical fault.

For damages caused by our fault, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the party concerned. Cases of intent and gross negligence, and mandatory consumer law provisions, are reserved.

8. About Apple

This agreement is between you and us; Apple is not a party to it. We alone are responsible for the app and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app; send support requests to us.

If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other obligation with respect to the app. All claims — including product liability, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property claims — are directed to us. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and have the right to enforce them against you.

The app is licensed to you on a non-transferable, non-exclusive basis for use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the App Store Usage Rules.

By using the app you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

If these terms conflict with the minimum terms of Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, Apple's minimum terms prevail.

9. Changes and governing law

If these terms change, the date at the top is updated and significant changes are announced in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction; consumers retain the right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at their own location.

10. Age limit

The app is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the app only with your parent's or guardian's permission. If the country you are in sets a higher age threshold for online services, that threshold applies.

We do not run an age verification check; this is a statement made by the user. If you notice data collected by mistake, write to us and we will delete it.

11. Termination

You can end this agreement at any time by deleting the app. You can delete your parties one by one from inside the app; if you want all of your data deleted, write to us.

We may suspend or terminate access for a user who seriously breaches these terms. In that case you may ask Apple for a refund of an unused ticket (see section 4).

After termination, the content responsibility in section 5, the limitation of liability in section 7 and the choice of law in section 9 remain in force.
