Uygulama ne yapıyor?
Doğum günü için bir soru–cevap quizi hazırlıyorsun, linki arkadaşlarına gönderiyorsun, onlar cevaplıyor. Skorlar doğum gününe kadar kilitli kalıyor — büyük gün gelince hep birlikte açıyorsunuz.
Arkadaşlarımın uygulamayı indirmesi gerekiyor mu?
Hayır. Link tarayıcıda açılıyor; üyelik yok, giriş yok. Sadece isimlerini yazıp quizi çözüyorlar.
Linki gönderdim ama açılmıyor
Önce quizi yayına aldığından emin ol: ücretsiz partide link paylaşılamıyor. Uygulamada "Linki paylaş" adımını tamamlamış olman gerekiyor. Hâlâ açılmıyorsa parti kodunu bize yaz.
Skorları göremiyorum
Bu kasıtlı. Sonuçlar sen açana (ya da belirlediğin saat gelene) kadar kimseye görünmüyor — sana da. Uygulamadaki "Şimdi açıkla" düğmesi hepsini aynı anda açıyor.
Ödeme yaptım ama partim hâlâ kilitli
Ödeme alındıktan sonra bağlantı koptuysa işlem yarım kalmış olabilir. Uygulamada paywall'ı aç ve "Geri Yükle" düğmesine bas — bekleyen satın alma varsa tamamlanıyor. Düzelmezse bize yaz, elle çözeriz.
İade istiyorum
Ödemeyi Apple tahsil ediyor, dolayısıyla iadeyi de Apple veriyor: reportaproblem.apple.com. Biz doğrudan iade yapamıyoruz. Yaşadığın sorun teknikse önce bize yaz — çözülebiliyorsa iadeye gerek kalmayabilir.
Rahatsız edici bir quiz gördüm
Quiz sayfasının altındaki "Bu quizi bildir" bağlantısını kullan; hesap açman gerekmiyor. Uygulama içinden Ayarlar › İçerik bildir de aynı işi görüyor. Bildirimlere bakıyor ve kurallara aykırı partileri kaldırıyoruz.
Verilerimi silmek istiyorum
Bir partiyi silmek: uygulamada partiyi aç ve sil. O partinin soruları, misafirleri, cevapları ve görselleri de birlikte silinir.
Misafirsen: yalnızca kendi cevaplarının silinmesini istiyorsan bize yaz — parti kodunu ve quizde kullandığın görünen adı belirt.
Hesap yok, dolayısıyla silinecek bir hesap da yok: uygulama e-posta veya isim istemiyor, kimliğin rastgele bir numara. Ayrıntı gizlilik politikasında.

We usually reply within one business day. If you are reporting a problem, including the party code (the code in the guest link) helps us solve it much faster.

What does the app do?
You build a quiz about yourself for your birthday and send the link to your friends. They answer, but every score stays sealed until your birthday — then you open them all together.
Do my friends need to install the app?
No. The link opens in a browser, with no sign-up and no login. They type a name and take the quiz.
I sent the link but it does not open
First make sure the quiz is published — a free party cannot share its link. You need to have completed the "Share the link" step in the app. If it still does not open, send us the party code.
I cannot see the scores
That is deliberate. Results stay hidden from everyone — including you — until you reveal them or the time you scheduled arrives. The "Reveal now" button in the app opens them all at once.
I paid but my party is still locked
If the connection dropped right after payment, the transaction may have been left incomplete. Open the paywall in the app and tap "Restore" — any pending purchase is completed there. If that does not fix it, write to us and we will sort it out manually.
I want a refund
Apple collects the payment, so Apple issues refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund directly. If your problem is technical, write to us first — it may be fixable without a refund.
I saw a quiz that troubles me
Use the "Report this quiz" link at the bottom of the quiz page — no account needed. Inside the app, Settings › Report content does the same. We review reports and remove parties that break our rules.
I want my data deleted
To delete a party: open it in the app and delete it. Its questions, guests, answers, and images go with it.
If you are a guest: to remove only your own answers, write to us with the party code and the display name you used in the quiz.
There are no accounts, so there is no account to delete: the app never asks for an email or a name, and your identifier is a random number. Details in the privacy policy.
